This course is for those who are ready to redefine their lives but are unsure of how to do so. It starts with understanding why things are the way they are. Before I knew what boundaries were, I thought that it was a part of being humble to let things and people slide on matters that really mattered. I knew it wasn't right, but I didn't know I had a right to not let things just happen. When I allowed this for myself, I used the same method of operation and crossed other people's boundaries.
In Act One, you will learn what boundaries are, different types of boundaries, where they come from, how to identify them, and how childhood boundaries shape our adulthood. To assist audio, visual and kinetic learners, this course has text, hands-on exercises and downloadable audio-assisted features.
Please use this course to help move you closer to the new you in 2024 and beyond!
