It also helps us manage class sizes, instructor time, and logistical planning to give each participant a high-quality, hands-on experience. Because class sizes are limited and in high demand, requiring payment upfront helps minimize no-shows and ensures that those who register are fully committed to attending. Once a class is booked, an invoice will be sent. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX. Please know that there is a 3.8% processing fee.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations made on the day of the class or for no-shows. However, you may receive a one-time class credit, valid for up to 30 days from your original course date. No exceptions will be made.
If you cancel more than two (2) business days before your scheduled course, a $20.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you need to reschedule your class less than two (2) business days before the actual course date, a $10.00 administrative fee will apply. We strongly encourage early planning to avoid additional charges.
If we must cancel a class for any reason not related to natural disasters, emergencies, or government-mandated closures, we will offer a refund minus the processing fee. For cancellations due to events such as natural or man-made disasters, public safety power outages, or emergencies, rescheduling accommodations will be provided in place of a refund.

Courage To Save CPR Training offers three (3) yearly CPR training sessions to the community through partnership with outreach organizations that cater to marginalized and economically disadvantaged communities. We believe in the social impact that equips everyone regardless of socioeconomic backgrounds.

CPR/AED/First Aid and BLS certifications are valid for 2 years. Bloodborne Pathogen certification is valid for 1 year. You will receive an email alert within 30-60 days of the expiration date for your certification.
We travel to our clients’ locations and host public classes.
Travel within Tangipahoa and St. Helena Parishes is provided at no additional cost. For locations 20–39 miles outside of these parishes, a $35 travel fee will be added to your invoice.
For locations 40 miles or more outside, a $55 travel fee will apply.

Before registering, please carefully review the following important details to ensure a smooth and successful experience:
Completion of the AHA’s blended eLearning course is mandatory prior to attending the Skills Session. This online portion provides the essential theoretical knowledge required for hands-on practice.

You must bring proof of completion to your Skills Session—either a certificate or digital completion confirmation issued by the AHA.
Upon successful completion of the Skills Session, you will receive an official AHA certification card, valid for two years. This card confirms your competency in CPR and/or First Aid and should be retained for your records.
Please ensure you have completed the online course before registering. Refunds will not be issued for incomplete course requirements or failure to provide proof of completion.
For any issues related to the online course, including login or access problems, please contact AHA Customer Support or the training center where you purchased the course.
