Option 1: Family & Friends® CPR (Community Preparedness Workshop)
- Best For: Congregations, usher teams, volunteers, parents, and community members who want hands-on skills without needing an official certification card.
- Format: Dynamic, hands-on group training using the AHA’s research-proven "practice-while-watching" technique to maximize practical practice time.
- What You’ll Learn:
Adult Hands-Only CPR and CPR with breaths
Child and Infant CPR techniques
Adult and Child AED operation
Relief of mild and severe airway blockages (choking) for all ages
- What Participants Receive:
Hands-on practice with feedback-device manikins and training AEDs
One-way CPR valves
Participant manual, participation card, and a CPRWrap emergency aid tool
Option 2: AHA Heartsaver® CPR / AED / First Aid (Official Certification)
- Best For: Ministry staff, daycare/nursery workers, security teams, and community leaders who require an official course completion card for regulatory or job requirements.
- Format: In-Person Instructor-Led Classroom or On-Site Mobile Training.
- What You’ll Learn:
First Aid Basics: Managing medical, injury, and environmental emergencies, plus illness/injury prevention strategies.
CPR & AED: High-quality Adult CPR, AED use, and responding to opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies.
Course Card: Official AHA Heartsaver® eCard (Valid for 2 years).
Option 3: Heartsaver® First Aid Only
- Best For: Individuals or groups specifically needing standalone first aid training to act confidently in emergency situations or meet OSHA/regulatory standards.
